About The Community
The Green Valley Estates Mobile Home Park is a 55+ gated community located 20 miles (32Km) South of Tucson, Arizona and 43 miles (69Km) North of the U.S.-Mexican border in Green Valley, Arizona.
Membership in Green Valley Recreation, Inc. (GVR) is included with the lot lease for your manufactured home. GVR is a unique recreation, education, social, and leisure organization afforded to every homeowner in Green Valley. With several major facilities around the area, GVR has opportunities for everyone to participate in programs, classes, and fitness. Unfortunately, GVR Membership is not available for RVs.
At this time, there are no empty lots for new manufactured homes. Residency in Green Valley Estates comes as owners buy and sell existing manufactured homes in the park.
About Seasonal or Short-Term Rentals
The Green Valley Estates Mobile Home Park is considered a permanent community. From time to time, there may be mobile home rentals available by the owner. If you are looking for a short-term stay, look at our sister facility, The Green Valley RV Resort, located less than a mile from this park. Park Amenities
The clubhouse is central to the park, and contains laundry facilities, a kitchen, a library, craft room, table shuffleboard, and a large dining area. And just outside the clubhouse proper you will find a salt-water swimming pool, hot tub, and a comfortable outdoor seating area with a gas grill. A men’s and women’s shower area and restroom is in the pool area.

Lease Terms and Conditions
We are a 55+ gated community. A minimum of one resident at each address must be at least 55 years old.
Payment Accepted
We accept cash or a check drawn on a U.S. institution. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin or any other form of electronic payment.
What’s Included
Electric, water, sewer, trash disposal, use of all resort facilities, all taxes and surcharges. Annual and permanent residents pay for their own electric service.
Other Requirements
Pre-pay for your entire stay, less any deposit, on check-in. No refunds for shortened stays. Consult the office for the current under-55 guest and visitor policy.
Premises Access
This is a 55+ Senior Gated Access community. During the day, the entrance gate on West Duval Road is generally open, so no code is required. After hours when the gate is closed, you must enter a code to open the gate. Contact the main office at 520-625-3900 if you need the gate code.
The exit gate is always closed. To exit, simply pull up to the gate and the gate will automatically open.
Nighttime Entry
After hours, the entry gate will automatically be closed and will require you to enter the code that you were given. Carefully pull up to the keypad kiosk and enter the numbers and special characters to open the gate by pressing each button with firm, deliberate effort. You should hear a beep as you press each button.
After entering the code, the keypad will beep and the gate will swing up away from you. You have plenty of time. Wait for the gate to completely open before proceeding with your vehicle.
